HE LIVED LIFE ON HIS OWN TERMS
He lived life on his own terms, often dropping everything to help a friend.
David “Mee” lived a full life helping others and fought a courageous battle with cancer until 2019. During his lifetime, he worked on the Pacific Railroad, owned a janitorial business, and ran security for the Tucson Arizona Gem show. He was a big man with a big presence. He lived life on his own terms. He also had a big heart and would often drop whatever he was doing to help others. In 2012 he moved to Willamina to help a friend care for their 3-year old who was undergoeing major medical surgery.
During David’s fight with cancer, the Willamette Valley Cancer Foundation had the opportunity to contribute to his legacy by paying his rent and electricity. David passed away on November 22, 2019.
